Thank you for shopping with Teags & Dan Co. Every order is made with care and packaged to arrive safely.

Processing Time

Most orders are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless an expedited shipping option is selected during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Teags & Dan Co. does not subsidize or absorb shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their order.

Expedited Shipping

When available, expedited shipping options may be selected during checkout for an additional charge.

Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not reduce production time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in working toward a resolution.
